Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions
Yoga therapy is the adaptation of yoga practices tailored to meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of the individual, and improve overall wellbeing through the implementation of specifically selected physical poses and exercises, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, guided meditation, breathwork, and encompassing wellness practices to improve your quality of life. Yoga therapy is a safe, holistic treatment working with the natural capacity of the body and mind to optimize your health, and may be useful for many acute and chronic conditions as an alternative or supplement to traditional medical and mental health treatment. Yoga therapists guide the individual through the self-healing journey and transformation that yoga offers to improve the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of the individual.

Wellness coaching is a personalized approach to support individuals improve their overall health and well-being through a holistic perspective addressing physical, mental, and emotional health. Change is difficult and wellness coaching helps to navigate through the challenges of change as you grow and develop into the person you are meant to be.

Private Group Yoga Classes and Events
Private group yoga classes and events can be customized to meet your group’s needs. These are great for small community events, bridal showers, reconnecting with friends, birthdays, small groups or clubs, etc.
Corporate Wellness Workshops
Private corporate wellness workshops can are customized to meet the needs of your business and employees. Workshops can be held in-person or virtually and can focus on a range of topics that promote employee’s physical, mental, and emotional health including stress management, mindfulness techniques, movement, yoga, meditation, and self-care.
